I seriously hate when

People say ” I have such bad anxiety!” or even act like they know what it’s like to live with anxiety. I really doubt 98% of you have actually experienced an anxiety attack or have any idea what it is. You can feel anxious, but that’s a completely different and toned down version of the real thing. Seriously. It’s not something to be thrown around.
